How do I read my plan and usage?
Open Plan & usage to see your current plan and the allowances attached to it.
Read the usage summary
Section titled “Read the usage summary”The summary shows your current plan and billing cycle, remaining AI credits and refresh date when available, and live-study usage for the current period.
The values come from your account. Check this page for the current figures rather than relying on an older email or help article.
See what used AI credits
Section titled “See what used AI credits”Recent activity lists the AI actions that used credits. Each row names the action, when it ran, and its credit cost. Select View all activity when more rows are available.
Change your plan
Section titled “Change your plan”If another self-serve plan is available, the page shows an upgrade button that takes you to the plans page.
If you’re not on a paid plan yet, subscribing takes you to Stripe Checkout to complete the payment.
If you already have an active subscription and pick a different plan, higher or lower, Fiuto shows “Taking you to Stripe to change your plan” and hands you off to the Stripe-hosted billing portal to finish there:
- Upgrading charges the prorated cost of the rest of your current billing period immediately, on the card already on file. If your bank asks for extra verification, you complete that step in the portal.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Nothing is charged now, and nothing about your plan changes yet: you keep your current plan and its full credit allowance until the period you already paid for ends. The lower price and allowance start at your next billing cycle.
- Cancelling also takes effect at the end of your current billing period, same as before.
Paid accounts with an active subscription can also select Manage billing to open the billing portal directly for subscription and payment details, without picking a new plan.
